better than when it was under previous ownership, but still has a lot of work to do which they dont seem to be doing. temperature is still all over the place, some days its cold some days its hot - hotter than it should be given the temperature outside (not summer) and the fact that its a gym. it doesnt make any sense and i dont understand why they dont just set it at the same temperature everyday. or open the doors when its warm inside. locker rooms still havent been renovated after over a year and a half of new ownership. many lockers are broken and many permanently have locks on them so theres very few actually available to use. the paper towels dispensers (for wiping down machines) are often empty and sometimes broken. also most people (men) dont wipe down machines or re-rack weights. it would be nice if they made more of an effort to remind others to do this. also need to add another round of treadmills, and it looks like they were planning to based on the way they are setup but they havent. overall does not meet the expectations of the initial rendering that is posted on their instagram in terms of equipment as well as general improvements. also they really need to add mirrors to the room just outside of the fitness room. we dont need the photo op backdrop. overall its better but theres still work to be done and it seems like they just stopped halfway through.

Extremely aggressive towing, beware of parking. Mens locker rooms are in dreadful condition, most are broken and its been 1 year, no repairs in sight. 1 water fountain for a whole gym. Good equipment and generally clean main area

Jeremiah, who keeps claiming he isn't the manager, actually is. We eventually had to sue them just to get our money back. Even after that, they are still insisting on retaining my information in accordance with their "privacy policy" rather than just deleting it as requested.If you value your data privacy or your sanity, stay far away. They will hold onto your money and your information as long as they possibly can.
