I really like this gym, but what I love most is ZUMBA with Blanca Margarita! Her class is spectacularthe best music, so much funand she is an excellent instructor. Her contagious energy sets the class on fire! Thank you, Crunch, for having her as a Zumba instructor.

I hate leaving bad reviews I really do. Tried to switch my home gym from port Arthur to Bmt, was told that was not allowed. Tried to upgrade my membership to work out anywhere, was told that wasnt allowed. The older lady at the front desk had no interest in helping me resolve this issue but insisted on turning me and my money away. Told me to go to port Arthur twice, without even offering me a day pass or allowing me to work out. I paid for a whole year in advance. Now they refuse to refund me my money for the months i havent used. Not friendly or helpful whenever youre trying to spend more money there to upgrade your membership.
