Cant even open on time (cant even count on my 10 fingers how many times I arrive at or shortly after opening time and nobody is there to open the doors). They struggle with cleanliness in the bathrooms as well. The cheap monthly rate is still overpriced for what you get

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!! I did a call in February asking for freeze since I moved from Vermont, they said they would do, now they are charging me 70 for 2 months Feb and Mar, which is no far since I got freeze my membership! I asked to cancel and refund my money, they were rude and said there is nothing to do. I still have to pay 20 more to cancel that shit after had paid 70 for nothing

My little brother and have been going to this gym for a long time, 3 years and have never had a issue with anyone or have never caused any problems in the gym, today on March 12, I decided to wear slide and go to the gym, I thought I had my shoes in the bag but unfortunately I forgot but I thought it wasnt going to be a big deal, he did tell me that I have to wear shoes and I respectful said okay and this was about a month ago and I had followed it but unfortunately me forgetting my shoes today meant my membership being canceled, kicked out, and threatened to have the cops called on.today middle of the workout he comes over and starts yelling in front of everyone, get out the gym, ima going to cancel your membership before I could explain anything, and his tone and attitude toward me and my brother kinda pissed me off and we told him he wears slides too. This must have hurt his ego and pride because he wanted to call the cops afterwards.I find it very hypocritical because we literally saw him wear Birkenstocks on the 10th of March in the gym and he said hes never worn Birkenstocks and proceeded to lie and change it to I dont wear slide while working out but I wear it to work. so its okay to wear it whiling working? but Workers can wear slides and whatever they want but costumers have to get kicked out and membership cancelled.Its even more childish when he said brother and I, will have a lawsuit with the company because I wore slides in the gym.Employees we have no customer service and lack the common ability to communicate in a respectful manner should never work in an environment where people of all ages go to workout. Its very disappointing and unfortunately very sad to see.I have worked in a gym at planet fitness as a staff myself and have never thought about oh that person is wearing slides, lemme yell and kicked them out and cancel there membership because one of them is wearing a slides.
