Ive had the worst experience trying to cancel my membership. I unfortunately had to move quickly and am nowhere near any location. I contacted management and they let me know that I could send in a letter and I was very thankful cause as I read the reviews they havent done that for others (kind of weird that they pick and choose who gets to). Ive sent in two letters only to have them sent back to me. The last one that was sent back I called in and spoke to a young man at the front desk. He told me that crunch fitness has a suite number 8.. something. I then asked to speak to the manager and overheard the manager in the background say no. The young man took down my name and number and said I would get a call back. Never did. I the called again and told management I shouldnt have to keep spending money to send in a letter when they are failing to provide an accurate address. I was then told by Hailey Filer to send in another letter. I feel frustrated that it is this hard to cancel. I literally thought a gym just got sued for doing this exact thing making it so hard. Every negative review on here is around cancelling membership, doesnt that say something??

I sent in multiple letters to cancel my membership, they kept getting sent back. I called after my last letter was sent back. Upon calling in, I was told by Hailey Filer that I needed to add the suite number 800 to letter and resend it. Im confused because the address listed on their website and Google does not list that. Seems like a scam to me to make it harder to cancel. I cannot make it in person.

I wish I could give NO STARS!! I had to move quickly due to a family member having cancer. I then called in to cancel my membership only to find out it HAS TO be done either via letter or coming in, in person. I sent in a total of three letters that were all returned because the address listed on google and their actual website are incorrect. They then proceed to tell me I MUST come in (mind you, I literally have no ability to do so) or send in another letter despite it being their fault for not having the correct address. I have called multiple times to discuss this with a manager. My experience has been the front desk people either go as follows - "talk to their manager" who then says too bad send it in again or when I ask to speak to a manager I NEVER get a call back. I have been documenting all of this and would like anyone else who has experienced something similar to like this message as I am looking at taking some action. I literally had to de-activate my bank account and open a new one. I am still being told I cannot get help.
