No issues. A good gym. Workers kind and responsive if I need something. Good vibes usually. Fellow gym goers all quiet and respectful. Nothing weird. Classic. Enough equipment and machines to go around.Newsflash- gyms are dirty, sweaty. & smelly lol

As of winter/spring 2026, I enjoy coming to this location and find most of the front desk staff to be helpful and polite, especially the kind gentleman that works on Sundays. I used to go to the location on Sweet Home Road when I attended UB and while I like both locations, I prefer this one because of the sauna. I like how spacious it is and there are many options for free weights and machines for each major muscle group. I never have to wait for a machine I want when it's not the busiest time (after work ends at 5pm). I had no issues with cleanliness at this gym until yesterday, 3/22/26, including in the dead of winter when all is salty and slushy. I often see employees cleaning, mostly vacuuming and mopping the floors, sometimes wiping equipment. This is a very solid location imo and I will keep going here. But...I love the sauna and was in there for 30 minutes to 1 hour at this location all winter. I've been noticing trash accumulating on the sauna floor for weeks while the rest of the women's locker room is cleaned regularly. I'm very afraid of getting hand foot and mouth disease or another skin infection from surfaces at the gym, and was hoping that the sauna benches would at least be disinfected sometimes, because sweat + sauna conditions make it an incubator for viruses, fungi and bacteria. The fact that the same trash has been lying on the sauna floor for weeks tells me that the sauna isn't cleaned at all, and I don't feel comfortable using it anymore for the amount of time I prefer. Especially since yesterday, after sitting in the sauna for a few minutes and noticing the white roach/ant traps they have on the floor in front of the women's locker room, I look to the bench on my left and see a roach crawling on it right where we sit! I love this gym and this location but don't know if I can keep loving the sauna here without it getting some more attention and perhaps exterminators should be brought in before the weather gets warm and all the creepy crawlies return. Seeing one roach won't stop me from working out here but it will rob me of the peace of mind I used to have before I saw it. I still think this is a great location and would love to see it improve.

I just signed up and Im thinking about canceling. I go to the one on 100 young st in Tonawanda ny, they talking about the gym is new, but it doesnt seem that way, the gym is very dirty, theres hair and dirt/dust everywhere on the floors and on the machines, whoever they have cleaning is not doing it right because I have been to other gyms and they are cleaner, I just wanted to give crunch fitness a try but nope, Im canceling!
