This is better than Golds that was in this space before. But please folks, fix the machines in a timely manner. The ab crunch has been broken for almost 2 weeks. Same with water fountains. I appreciate you and know its challenging to keep up due to the high volume of bodies going through here.

I train 3 days on my own and 3 days with one of your trainers. Today, while I was in training, a fitness class was going on. The music was so loud and overpowering that I had to yell to speak with my trainer, even though we were only two feet apart. It was so loud that there was feedback from the mic. I approached the manager Rick and asked if we could have them turn it down a little. I was informed there was nothing he could do because if it was turned down they wouldnt be able to hear. I inquired about my ability to hear my trainer and was again informed that there was nothing he could do. He's extremely helpful NOT! I recognize every ones opportunity to work out. However, I feel the fitness classes are always so loud even when they are in the back room.Shoutout to the employee who went over and had them turn the volume down. Which was achievable, hmm.
