The front counter is not very welcoming but Kate is just simply rude. I stood there waiting to ask a question while there were other customers at the counter. Well she looks over in an almost snapping way with what can I help you with sir! BUT in a tone like she wanted to choke me for being there. Definitely not a professional attitude and all I wanted to know was when the locker room would be reopening. She pretty much just humiliated me in front of the other customers and I dont appreciate that. I would actually like to speak with corporate concerning the matter.
