I still go to this gym because of the group fitness classes. From front end to pts and managers, they harass you into signing up for their kickoff which I did, and declined a follow up because I didnt want unnecessary charges to my account. Theyre overstaffed. Ive seen over 12 crunch employees at 11am! At this point I think Crunch operates like a MLM personal trainers training camp. Times are tough for some of us. For what? Theyre situated in Colleyville. Plenty of clients; they dont need to ask me about the damn kickoff every few days when I just making friendly, simple conversation with them. Ive been meeting my goals just fine, thank you very much.
