Loved Crunch when it first opened in Yukon. Very friendly staff, easy sign up, great classes, clean facility. But I got a 10 day notice to move states from my job and there isnt a Crunch for 2 hours from where I will be moving to. So I went to Crunch to cancel my membership before it got charged in 2 weeks for another month of membership. I went in once and they wanted to charge me for another month just because I canceled. I asked the employee if there was a way around it since I literally will not use the membership. She said to come back and the manager could override it. So I came back the next morning to cancel it and a different employee said that they could not override it. So I asked for a manager and he said that he could not override it either. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I could have given them my next address and they would be able to see that there is no way I wouldve been able to use my membership for the next month. The fact that Im being charged for a month - with a 14 day notice before my next monthly charge - that Im not even using is absurd. Im very curious if I had been in the military and was about to deploy since the world is on fire right now - would they have still charged me? I think they still would. So if you are in the military and have the possibility of deployment in the next 30 days, I would cancel your membership now as apparently you will still get charged for a whole month after you cancel. Very bad customer service and especially for long time customers, which I have been for the last 2 years. Is that last 29 payment really what Crunch wants former members to remember them by? I will be going to Planet Fitness in the future since I know that Crunch does not take care of their members - they just want their money.

Not a huge fan of commercial gyms, however this place is always clean and the staff always seems to have an attitude with everyone.. the right attitude! I am impressed with the facility, and the professionalism of the staff I have met so far. Comming here was a great choice.
