Since joining in 2024, CrossFit West Des Moines has truly become my home away from home! I cant say enough about how organized the gym is and the high quality of the equipment, they have everything you need, from top-tier Ruck gear to modern heart rate tracking displays. What really makes this place special, though, is the crew. The coaches and the entire community are incredibly supportive, and their expert guidance has been exactly what I needed to advance my skills and hit new goals in CrossFit.

I have loved CrossFit WDM.. I have attended for a few months now and it is great.. I have been in CrossFit for just over a year and this gym is the best!! I have come a long way with my skills and strength just from the breakdown of the skill and the instruction! They have also helped me understand my nutritional needs and have given me practical advice on how to improve in this area!! Thank you for everything!
