I’ve been coming here a few times a week for a year now and it has really been life changing. My first CrossFit experience. As a beginner, it’s important to know that you can scale every workout and make it challenging for you and it’s exciting to see how much better you get over time. The coaches are great and I love the workouts are always different and challenging. Takes the guess work out of it for me. I truly look forward to every class now.
