Great gym and an awesome community. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, and the workouts are challenging but scalable for anyone. Everyone there is welcoming and encouraging. My daughter joined with me and had a great experience too. Highly recommend CFS if you want to get stronger and be part of a positive environment.

CrossFit Steadfast is my first experience working out in a gym, and it has far exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by a community that genuinely supports each other. The coaches give excellent feedback, always taking the time to make sure you understand each workout thoroughly. And will help you scale it to your strength and ability.Whether youre completely new to working out or a seasoned pro lifter, the environment at CrossFit Steadfast is definitely the place I would recommend to anyone looking to grow stronger and feel part of a motivating community.
