Amazing gym. Great set up and tons of equipment . Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

CrossFit takes determination and dedication, but the results are absolutely worth it. As we get older, our bodies naturally slow down, and its up to us to stay mobile, healthy, and live a high-quality life. Among all fitness programs, CrossFit builds both a strong body and a strong mind, which truly elevates your overall quality of life.Ive trained at a couple of CrossFit gyms before, and SOGO CrossFit truly stands out. The community is welcoming and supportive, the facility is excellent, and, most importantly, everyone is treated with respect, no matter what level of athlete you are.Ive only been here for a couple of months, but even with a few years of CrossFit experience, I can already tell that Im getting more out of my training here.Anyone looking to start, or restart, their CrossFit journey should absolutely give this beautiful gym a try. You wont regret it!

Been at this Crossfit for a few years now. Rachel has created the best Crossfit gym in RVA. The atmosphere is very welcoming for experienced and novice guests. Come visit!
