Great people, couldn't speak more highly of the staff. Programming is on point. Equipment is great. No issues.

If you are new to CrossFit or a crossfit veteran, I believe you will get an awesome workout in. Been frequenting CFR for years now, still feel challenged by every workout every day. The coaches are very helpful if you ever need to modify an exercise from injury or skill issue. Great community inside and outside the gym. The full weeks workouts are generally posted on SugarWOD app early Monday morning or late Sunday night, so you know what you are getting yourself into prior to committing (Or if you like to cherry pick your workouts) I have visited CrossFit gyms all over the world, and feel like CFR has given me a wonderful foundation to have a little extra leg up on the competition. Especially for any of the weightlifting days.
