Ive really enjoyed my experience at this CrossFit gym. I joined after spending time at a different CrossFit gym, and Ive definitely felt more connected here. The community is tight-knit and welcoming, and its been easy to get to know people and feel like part of the group.The coaches do a great job focusing on improving overall CrossFit skills while still keeping workouts fun and challenging. Ive noticed steady progress in my strength and technique, and I appreciate the attention to proper form and development.They also put effort into hosting bonding activities and events, which helps build relationships outside of class. It makes a big difference in creating a supportive environment.Another great aspect is that there are groups of members who participate in all kinds of competitions if thats something youre interested in. This includes both HYROX and CrossFit competitions, with opportunities for newer athletes as well as more seasoned competitors. I personally find that really encouraging and motivating.Compared to other CrossFit gyms, I also find the pricing to be reasonable for what you get.Id definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to start CrossFit or find a strong, supportive community to train with.
