CrossFit Palm Bay

I dropped in at CrossFit Palm Bay for a week and had an outstanding experience. Mike (owner-coach) was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and patienthe answered all my questions via text before my first visit and provided excellent hands-on coaching. He paid close attention to form and technique and made sure I was moving correctly. The coaches here are not only experts in their field, but clearly dedicated and passionate about helping members reach their fitness goals. The programming was challenging in the best way. Jess coached one of the days and was fantastic as well. The sense of camaraderie and support in this gym is unquestionablewhether youre a seasoned athlete or new to CrossFit, youll feel welcomed, encouraged, and motivated. Members and coaches alike are always ready with advice, high fives, and support. I cant say enough good things about this gym, the coaches, and the community. Ill absolutely be back whenever Im in town visiting family.

My family and I are on vacation in Palm Bay and were able to drop in all week for an affordable price. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to opened the gym on a holiday so we could get our workout in. Its a smaller gym but it has everything you need for a great workout! We will definately be returning on our next Florida trip!

I had an awesome experience at CF Palm Bay - I happened to be visiting the area and bought a week of drop-ins - the price was unbeatable, the people friendly, and the environment super enjoyable. I haven't had the best luck with certain CF gyms, but CF Palm Bay was a cut above the rest. I had an amazing time, loved the community, and already cant wait to come back to visit again.Many thanks to Jess, the coaches, and the members for an awesome week of drop-ins!
