I typically don't write reviews. I have to let you know that I LOVE THIS PLACE! I started almost 3 months ago and I can't say enough great things about. I've never done anything like this and it is way out of my comfort zone, but I'm hooked. The workouts are definitely challenging, but can be modified as needed. And it's so much fun. The trainers are wonderful. The community is very encouraging, supportive, and diverse. I would and do recommend this box to anyone. Don't be intimidated. Join us!

Great gym to visit while traveling! When I stop by I always have a great workout with cool people.

This gym is great! Super friendly coaches and fun/effective programming. They take the time to introduce new members each session and explain the workouts very well. They also make sure to warmup as a group in a focused and intentional way that reinforces the movements in the workout. Great place to train at a high level or learn to lift weights with the coaches' oversight during the whole workout.
