CrossFit Lemoore

I came here on a whim because I was in town for the weekend. When I first walked in, I was immediately in awe of the gym set up. Everyone gets their own equipment and space to work out. Friday afternoon is the time to go because there was only 3 other people. So there was plenty of space and the coach, Ryan, was able to walk around and take time to make sure our form was right for all exercises. The atmosphere was great, the gym felt clean, and everyone was super encouraging. I highly recommend this gym to anyone thats looking. Im definitely coming back when Im back in town!

This place is completely incredible and worth EVER penny. This is coming from a 22 year Navy vet and 12 of those years were training in cross fit and new fitness workouts built for the military. The owners are unbelievably kind and extremely smart when it comes to health, body shaping and goals. Always willing and helpful to stay and talk about goals and very intune with showing you how to with all of the workouts. If this is the season to change your mind, body and goals, it starts at the Lemoore Crossfit Gym.

Ive been to regular gyms and a few CrossFit boxes while traveling, but nothing compares to CrossFit Lemoore. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I found where I belonged. The equipment is clean and well maintained, there are always fresh towels and antibacterial spray before each class, and the space is organized and welcoming.Before joining regular classes, the coaches actually take time to meet with you one-on-one to make sure you understand the movements. Youre never thrown into a workout without knowing what to do. There are separate spaces if you prefer your own area, but when the class is full, those who are open to sharing do so without hesitation no ego, just support. The team doesnt put you in the position to fail or set yourself up for failure to help you reach towards your full potential.What really stands out is the environment. Its judgment-free, family-friendly, and theres no drama or cliques. No ones looking at you funny because of your weight or your skill level. The coaches demo every movement and modification so that no matter where youre starting from, you feel seen and supported.Their InBody scans have also been a game changer for me. They give you a full picture of your body composition muscle, fat, water, BMR and the coaches actually sit down with you to go over the results, help set goals, and guide you honestly through the process. If weight loss is something youre working toward, they also have a program you can ask about, and theyll help you build a plan that fits your lifestyle.Joining CrossFit Lemoore wasnt just about fitness its been about finding a community that truly cares.
