So glad I joined this gym! The coaches are wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, and very encouraging! The workouts are challenging, but you can modify them to meet your physical needs, and again the coaching staff is amazing at helping you to do that, and encouraging you every step of the way! I’m down 8 pounds in the first six weeks, and I’ve never felt better in my entire life! I highly recommend Knightdale CrossFit!!!

The gym is always very clean, fully equipped with everything you need, and has a welcoming, kid-friendly atmosphere that makes it easy for parents to stay consistent.
