Heard great things about this place and came here for a drop in class when I was visiting family. Beautiful facility, clean and spacious with all the equipment needed. The owner was a cool fella and made me feel super welcomed. The community there definitely had a positive vibe and great energy. Had a solid workout in and cant wait to come back. Also the shirts are sweet, got myself one! Thanks

This place is enormous. Clean. Lots of equipment available thats too many to name.We appreciate the location. Its 5 mins away from interstate 94. Its right off of the Rockland exit. Easy to get to.We have two youth weightlifting athletes and we started to train here in this gym.Bathrooms with additional stalls for women is an absolute plus!! ADA shower noted and available.They have a cafe that sell healthy meals and snacks.We have two youth weightlifting athletes that started to train in this gym a month ago. Seating / working area for parents like me with the gym wifi is another positive factor.So happy to learn about this place.
