Today I am a runner. I began at Flemington CrossFit 6 weeks ago with no workout experience at all (except for some horseback riding). I am 58-years-old and have finally decided that it was time to get fit and get strong. I looked into a few local Flemington gyms to see what would work for me, having no experience with weight lifting but knowing that I hated the treadmill and I was not a runner. I walked into CrossFit Flemington on June 16 for a free class and have found the perfect environment for me. I need 'adult supervision' which means: someone who is attentive to me, explains things so I can understand them, formats the workout to my level allowing me to keep up with the entire class and finish the workouts with success. Each and every time. I came to CrossFit Flemington not being able to run, do a sit-up or jump rope. Today I can do all three...and more. This is a community of individuals who are friendly and focused. Who are helpful and encouraging. Saturday workouts are a group workout which are fun and funny (yet still challenging) Phil is an excellent instructor.

I’ve been working out here for 10 years. Can’t say enough about Phil and Jaime. Great workout and environment even for women in their 50s and 60s! 😁 Highly recommend!

CrossFit Flemington is THE place to go, whether you have been doing CrossFit for years, or you are just starting out. The workouts are always challenging yet achievable! The gym is always super clean, organized, and well equipped with everything you’ll need. The instructors are fantastic. The environment here really makes this gym stand out; it is a community of supportive, caring, and encouraging members!! Everyone is super welcoming. I highly recommend going here for CrossFit!!
