CrossFit Federal Hill: Memberships, Fees, Classes, and Facilities

I have always wanted to feel strong and confident in myself and this gym has given me a way to gain that strength and confidence. The relationships I have built at the gym keep me coming back. The coaches make the workouts fun and do an amazing job of keeping the community feeling in the gym present. They encourage and push you when they know you are able to do more, they help you scale when you need it and they make you feel welcome in the gym no matter what your skill level is. I can honestly say that the relationship and trust I have built with Kelsea and Geo through their coaching and genuine interest in your well-being are what sold me on this gym and kept me coming even when the workouts seemed impossible.

I've been doing CrossFit off and on now for about 4 years. I started when I lived in Pittsburgh, and after moving to Baltimore I have tried other CrossFit gyms in the area and CrossFit Federal Hill is by far the best. For those who have never done CrossFit, it may seem intimidating and a bit expensive, but when you really think about it, you are almost getting a personal trainer. That's what a good CrossFit gym should feel like. Classes not too big, effective and uses the full hour, coaches are working with you and helping you, creating a safe and fun environment. CrossFit Federal Hill is that kind of gym and is by far my favorite of any that I have been to.
