Being new to the area, I was a bit nervous about starting at a new cross fit but its easily one of the most loving and inclusive fitness communities. The coaches are fantastic, and they even have a kid-friendly space. 10/10 recommend if you want to get fit and be part of a new community. Each coach has their own vibe, so far I have attended coach Chris, Sophia and Nate's class and all three are very good.

I've been to 35 classes with CrossFit Dunwoody and before this I was at CrossFit Buckhead for 1.5 years. While CFB was amazing and helped start my CrossFit journey, it's CFD that I absolutely love! The gym space is cute and fits in with Dunwoody's vibes perfectly. The people who attend classes with you are people who are just trying to show up for themselves everyday and help their health. Everyone is so kind. But the coaches- I have loved every single coach I've had. Coach Jaime, Brandon, Ali, Kathy, Nate, and Sophia have all been amazing. I enjoy every class I have with them and they make me feel seen, even in a class of 15. They are approachable and always greet you with a smile. The community here is a family and I am proud to tell people about my gym
