CrossFit Diehard - Hybrid Training Gym, Hyrox and Fitness

I signed up in the middle a weight loss journey with still a long way to go. It was a really good workout but I felt confused and out of place and when I went I would hurt so much that I couldnt workout again for at least 3-4 days and I decided it wasnt for me.. I have more fun doing pole fitness classes and it was very expensive. 200 a month and they lock you in for three months. I only went I think 4 times and then when it was getting close to time to pay again I texted the owner to find out how to cancel and he said theres a 30 day cancellation policy so not only did I get locked in for 3 months (600 and I only went 4 times) but they charged me for another month.. so 800. Instead of saying hey thanks for the business sorry it didnt work out.. it was oh yeah youve already given me 600 let me take another 200 from you just because I can. It felt like a scam.

Awesome environment and coaches !! The owner is a great dude as well !!

Dropped in for a morning class and had a great experience at CrossFit Diehard. The coaching staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made the workout both challenging and fun. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The programming was solid, the energy was high, and the community vibe was awesome. Ill definitely be back next time Im in town!
