Coaching was great Denise took the time to make sure I understood the movements and made sure I was comfortable. Warm and inviting environment. Excited to keep coming back!

I immediately felt at ease with Coach Denise after having not worked out for a very long time. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. She told me how to scale down properly and because of that I wasnt overly sore. I look forward to being in her class again!
