Fantastic facility with state-of-the-art equipment in a tidy, well-organized setting.The staff is friendly and really professional. Everyone can workout in the gym, from novices to elite athletes. I've been a member for the last eight years. In addition to kids and teen sessions, they offer CrossFit, bootcamp, weightlifting, kickboxing, and more. MY HAPPY PLACE!!! I love this gym!!

I have come to DBCF as a drop in couple months ago for the first time and if there was a possibility of me moving to Florida I would do it just for this gym. I have met an amazing group of people. Steven, my personal trainer as exceeded my expectations of what personal training should look like. The energy and motivation of the coaches as well as member is amazing. Everyone is ready to cheer you on. I absolutely love it and I would recommend this place to everyone. By far the best crossfit gym I have ever been to.
