CrossFit of Chicago heights kept me on track again, I love the team, Coach Zach is a power house and i appreciate everyone for their support I feel strong and now I crave working out. Coach Aime also has a nutritional program that will help you keep track of your bad food habits and make them into good ones .. thanks CFCHs

Excellent coaches, squeaky clean facilities, family atmosphere, classes are just the right amount of challenge for each individual with a functional movement focus. I appreciated the class schedule, accompanying app with social interactions and proper form videos, encouraging people who all knew my name. Such a great place!
