Best gym ever! The community is unbelievably supportive and inspiring while the coaches are knowledgeable, caring, and passionate. If you want to challenge and surrounded yourself with positive and friendly people, CrossFit Cameron Park is the place for you.

I've been a member at crossfit Cameron park for about 2 years now. I am 36 years old. I worked construction type jobs my entire life after high school with no additional fitness. That naturally was hard on my body. I had all the aces and pains associated with that lifestyle and also naturally had created muscular imbalance that were contributing to my pains. Since joining cfcp I have been able to get my body and mind performing the best I've ever experienced. The coaching staff and the programming is excellent! I am so thankful for this place and the people in it for helping me on my journey to finding my full potential in life! Thank you everyone at CFCP!!!
