CrossFit 916 is a great community to join. Whether you're an elite or just entering CrossFit, you'll feel welcomed and admire the results of the work you put in. They provide all of the equipment so all you need to do is show up and work on your goals. The gym is clean, the coaches are phenomenal, and the owner (Alex) is awesome! Come try out CrossFit 916 and see for yourself!

Crossfit 916 at 5:15 am is still a great way to start my day… even though I’m RETIRED! I attend 3 times a week and feel more energetic as a Grandma than most people my age.
