My son Brian absolutely loves this place! The coaches are professional and the atmosphere is incredibly supportive for kids. What impressed me most was their exceptional customer service. Brian recently fractured his bone playing basketball and needs two weeks of rest. When I reached out, the team was so understanding and immediately credited those two weeks to his membership without any hassle. It's rare to find a business that truly cares about its members like a family. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a great fitness community!

I've really enjoyed attending the 5am sessions at CrossFit 626. The trainers are amazing, supportive, knowledgeable, and always attentive to what my body needs. They consistently help me modify workouts in a way that keeps me challenged while still strengthening safely. It's been such a positive experience, and I'm grateful for the care and encouragement every time I walk in.

I joined one month ago and I have really enjoyed it. There is a thorough personalized initial assessment and training period in preparation for the classes. Pam and Kelsi were my coaches for those five sessions. They are fun, knowledgeable, and organized.Since then I have done six classes. Everyone there is super friendly, welcoming, a lot of laughs. But they all work hard when it comes to the main WOD (workout of the day). Ive noticed all the coaches are careful about technique and they modify the workout for each person based on their individual capabilities. Its all very supportive and positive. Ive met several people who have been going there for a very long time. Maybe that will be me in a few years.
