Amazing gym!! The community here at 1088 is so special. I have been a member at this gym since I was in high school and it has been a continuous space of encouragement and support. CrossFit 1088 has pushed me through my lowest times!! Forever grateful for this family!

Great Box with Great Positive Energy and its obvious that this team Loves their clients! If you fear the idea or have heard negative things about CrossFit just give 1088 a try. They have workouts for every level from beginner to advanced.I slipped in last night for a workout and Coach Nina G. was great! Always smiling, engaging, motivational and so encouraging!!!
