This is going to sound cliché but you are treated like family here, not as a member. I've been working out here for close to 10 years and it keeps getting better every year. Chris, the owner, runs a great operation and is supported by a wonderful team of trainers and staff.

CFC is the best gym on the island! Chris and all of the trainers are very personable, knowledgeable, and make the experience of getting back in shape a positive one. The gym is fully equipped, and has everything you need to get a good workout in, including a variety of classes to choose from. Would highly recommend!
