CoreFitness is the place to go for attentive, educated, informative, and "above-and-beyond" fitness professionals! I've known Corey through the fitness industry for several years, and he was my go-to resource to reach out to when I suffered an injury that finally made me ask for help. What started as rehab for this injury quickly led me down the path of "Corey can help me completely revamp my fitness." It's only been a month of consistently training with him, and I can say that in such limited time he has packed in enough knowledge and advice to carry me through the rest of this year. Not only does he provide real-time correction and spotting, he educates on WHY the body can and should move better and how to optimize every single lift. From strength and mobility to nutrition and breaking down phony pseudoscience fitness gags, Corey truly emphasizes client education for the betterment of each person's goals inside and outside of his gym space.
