Clean and well organized. It’s awesome to see coaches who spend time to coach everyone. This was a great experience from start to finish.

Mike and Sara have built the best CrossFit gym I have ever been to in my 10 years of doing CrossFit. Everybody is extremely welcoming, there are no cliques, and each class is designed perfectly to the tailored warm up, perfect cues to help you get better, beautifully designed workouts, and cooldowns. Their staff is some of the most knowledgeable coaches I have had the pleasure of having and are always there if you need anything. This gym was created on the idea of people becoming a healthier and fitter versions of themselves and they have perfectly executed just that! Best gym ever, hands down!

Today was my first time doing CrossFit! Mike was a great teacher. He didn’t just throw me to the wolves. He showed me the why behind why they do what they do. He instructed me on my form and pushed me to finish strong! If you are looking for a gym or to get fit or for health that will benefit your life, go see Mike and Sara and their highly trained staff!
