Coalition Strength & Conditioning

Ive been a member about 2 1/2 years, but I wish I joined sooner. I switched gyms looking for somewhere with a lot of barbells and racks to continue lifting by myself. I ended up really enjoying the variety of the classes, and now do a mix of the functional fitness classes, technique classes (Olympic/CrossFit gymnastics), and lifting on my own.Ive put on a lot of good weight, learned a lot of new skills, and all of my lifts are up 10-20+%. I appreciate every class has a built-in dynamic warmup, and Ive stayed healthier here than when I lifted on my own.I dont think most people join new gyms thinking about the community, but its ended up being one of my favorite parts. Everyone is friendly and encouraging (coaches and members) and there are a lot of fun events throughout the year. If you are looking to make friends, you definitely will at Coalition.One final thing, the ownership is as good as it gets. Coalition is a well run business, but it feels like a passion project. One that I am happy to support.

Coalition is an incredible gym with top-notch trainers who truly care about your growth and push you to be your best. The coaching is intentional, supportive, and motivating. Even better is the community, welcoming, encouraging, and full of positive energy.

Ive been a member for about a month and love it! Very welcoming community, which has made doing CrossFit for the first time much less intimidating. Excellent coaches, convenient class times, easy parking always.
