Horrible billing system and customer support. They told me my account was canceled. Then I kept being charged. I spoke to the GM and he said it was never canceled. I needed to send a letter. Why wasnt I told that when I cancelled 3 months ago. They continue to charge me $49.99 a month. I asked for a refund and they told me to pound sand.

I love working out at Choice Fitness. The gym is always clean, which makes a huge difference, and the staff are amazing! Super friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time I go. I also really appreciate that they upgraded the machines. It makes workouts so much better and shows they’re investing in the members’ experience. The only things I miss are having one of those water filter stations where you can easily place your bottle and fill it up. It would make things much more convenient. And a bigger, better mirror in the bathroom. Overall, it’s a great gym and I truly enjoy being a member here!
