Ok but nothing is fixed unless a member reports it. As an example, the bicep curl machine (wish I could post a pic) is in the main aisle that the staff walks back and past numerous times of the day.The black vinyl covering is completely ripped exposing the padding. The vinyl is kinda stiff and sharp cutting into your arms. It was like this for 4 weeks. When I finally complained about it, I was told no one reported it and we didnt see it.No one, even the manager walks around to visually review the status of their equipment.Planet Fitness is 3 bucks a month less, cleaner and equipment and weight markings are 1000% better.

Pretty bad experience and expensive but not quality service
