I joined Central Valley CrossFit shortly before I got pregnant, and even throughout my pregnancy I had a great experience. The coaches always modified workouts and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. I never felt like I had to skip a class because of the workout. Everything was adjustable. Coming back postpartum, I was a little nervous, especially about returning too soon and hurting myself, but they made it easy to ease back in. I was able to slowly rebuild my strength and continue modifying workouts to protect my core and pelvic floor. I also really appreciate the community. Everyone is encouraging and friendly, and Ive met some really great people.Highly recommend if youre pregnant, postpartum, or just looking for a great gym.
