Catalyst has been such a constant in my life. Coach Ryan has trained me for 8 years through many life changes, including having two kids and getting back into shape. I always leave class feeling strong and accomplished. The workouts are approachable for every fitness level, and the focus on proper form has helped me long-term, even outside the gym.
