Two months into my tenure at Capture I can wholeheartedly say this place has changed my life. I came in with zero confidence looking for a safe place to rebuild a relationship with my dormant athleticism. Earls attention to detail and positive energy make every workout a lovely mix of challenging and fun. Classes are small so you get a lot of personal attention to make sure your form is locked in. The only downside is now I have so much energy I wake up before the sun rises and have more hours in the day to fill!

Wow what can I say about Capture Fitness. Earl the owner is the best in town. Gym is clean, equipment clean, strength classes are challenging and personal training session is top notch. When you leave you know you have gotten in a strong workout. He has times suitable for all work schedules. Stop by, make Capture Fitness your workout place for 2025 and beyond.
