Best gym out there! You come for the workouts, but you stay for the community. Erica has built such a beautiful, uplifting environment where everyone is supportive and genuinely welcoming. No one tears you down, everyone lifts you up. The encouragement, the energy, the people its unmatched.Ive never felt this kind of peace, belonging, and motivation anywhere else. Cabra isnt just a gym; its a family.Highly recommend to anyone looking to get stronger, grow mentally, and be surrounded by the best community!

My husband and I joined Cabra July this year, and its seriously changed everything for us. We started off just wanting to train betterand here we are, 3 Hyrox races in. We never wouldve been prepared without Coach Erica shes fun, uplifting, and has built the best little gym fam. If youre in the DFW area (Southlake) and thinking about trying a class, this is your sign! 10/10 recommend. The community here is unmatchednothing but pure gym fam vibes.
