I made a delivery of gym equipment to 10th CAB, and this is where it was delivered to 20460 Anaconda Rd, Fort Drum. There is no loading dock, so a group of men and women hand unloaded 20,000 lbs off a 53-ft. trailer by hand, and were finished in roughly an hour. For 2 oversized/awkward pieces, a nearby extender forklift was called in to unload them. Thank you to all who helped with that 31 Friday morning unload on November 14, 2025. The teamwork was impressive to watch and I must say I felt proud to be an American knowing that you are all here.

Great little gym. If you have to venture into the back at any point, I'm sorry for your loss. They'll be putting you on a rack and shocking you to death. Had me flopping around on the the table like a fish out of water, but now my back isn't locked up anymore. 5 stars.
