The trainers — shoutout to Lauren and Cam in particular — don't just run you through a workout. They teach you the right way to move, keep a watchful eye on your form, and constantly help you refine your technique. All while genuinely cheering you on. The energy here is infectious. High-fives, encouragement, and a real "we're all in this together" vibe among members that I didn't expect but absolutely love. The workouts can be challenging, but the sense of accomplishment when you're done stays with you the rest of the day. From the moment you step through the door, her positivity and infectious energy light up the entire place. She sets the tone for the whole gym and makes everyone feel seen, encouraged, and excited to be there.
