I can confidently say that investing in personal training at Brick Bodies has been one of the best decisions Ive made for my health and fitness.Ive been working with Keaton Sanders, who also serves as the Personal Training Director, and the results have been nothing short of incredible. Keatons expertise in both nutrition and exercise programming is hands-down the best Ive experiencedeven compared to my time running Division 1 Cross Country & Track over a decade ago. He brings a level of knowledge, structure, and motivation that truly sets him apart.Whats equally impressive is the culture of the entire training team. Even outside of my scheduled sessions, other trainers consistently go out of their way to helpwhether its offering a quick tip, suggesting a new variation, or stepping in to spot me during a tough set. That kind of support doesnt go unnoticed and makes a huge difference.The progress Ive made in just 7 months has been insaneIm now lifting 125 lbs more than when I started, and I feel stronger and more capable than ever.If youre on the fence, dont be. I cant recommend Brick Bodies personal training program enough. This place delivers real results.

This gym offers so much and I always feel like its clean. For the most part everyone is respectful of machines by wiping them down after. I havent been to the other locations but I really enjoy it here!

Ive been going here for 4 years now, Amenities are great, people are generally nice. Always liked it here and never considered joining somewhere else until recently. I feel like theyve oversold their memberships, its so busy at EVERY hour. Parking lot is always completely full. Its a big gym, so understandably they will sell a lot of memberships but I just feel like its too many people ALWAYS. If you like a gym where there arent too many people all the time, This place is NOT for you.
