My favorite gym by far! Programs tailored for your individual needs. I've signed up for semi-private personal training and all the coaches make sure that I have the correct form without ever hurting myself. I have gone from being inactive for a few years after kids to lifting barbells and kettlebells- something i never thought I would achieve. All the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and on top of it so encouraging and positive. These guys are your cheerleaders without getting yourself hurt and getting stronger!

I absolutely cannot recommend Breakthrough Fitness enough to everyone! Caleb, Katie, RT, and Chana are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness and training. As someone whos been working out most of my adult life on my own regimen, I was definitely hesitant about joining a group like this, but even after a few sessions Im so glad I did!

I am so incredibly happy I found and joined Breakthrough a few months ago. It is so different than any gym Ive gone to in the past, and it truly is a community. The coaches are so great at meeting you where youre at and helping you work towards your fitness goals, all while making working out fun. Who knew going to a gym didnt have to be such a chore!
