I have been training with Brendan for a couple months now and I have lost a good amount of weight and been feeling much happier and knowledgeable of what I need to do. He is super supportive and sets you up for success! If your looking for a healthy change and need guidance this is the place to go!

Ive been training with Brendan at BREADGODFIT for about two months now, and Im honestly so glad I started. In that short time, Ive lost weight, Im feeling stronger, and I can actually see the progress Ive been wanting for a while. Brendan really knows his stuff and has been great at helping me stay focused on my goals.One thing I love is that he keeps me accountablenot just in the gym, but outside of it toowhich has made such a big difference for me. His workouts push me, and even though theyre challenging, he makes it fun so it never feels like a chore. On top of that, his schedule works perfectly with work schedule, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent.If youre looking for someone whos knowledgeable, motivating, and fun to train with, I cant recommend Brendan at BREADGODFIT enough!

Brendan is great! The gym has a really welcoming vibe, which makes it less intimidating than big fitness centers. Brendan is amazingsuper knowledgeable, supportive, and always keeps workouts fun and motivating. Every session feels different, so it never gets boring, and Ive learned a lot about doing exercises the right way. I actually look forward to going now!
