BOLT Fitness

Recently moved to the area and needed a gym closer to home. So grateful to have found Bolt. Every coach is amazing and so inviting, I've struggled for years to feel motivated to go to the gym and stay consistent and not feel intimidated, and for once I finally found it (even when I'm still sore from a previous class 😂). The energy is unmatched. And everyone in class is sooo nice and encouraging. It's only been 2 weeks and I feel stronger and overall better than I have in a long time. Oh and the playlist is immaculate every.time. 👌🏻 The space is always clean, there is premium equipment, and the expertise of the coaches is worth so much not just for a complete workout but a safe one as well. Thank you Bolt Fam! So happy I found you ⚡💙

Amazing staff and great workout

Visiting family from out of state, decided to try the gym with a Sunday morning workout circuit session. Coach Jonathan lead the class and was approachable and explained how the class would thoroughly. What stood out was the workout circuit he designed. It was challenging but also varied, hitting different muscle groups each session, which kept things interesting and prevented plateaus. The structure was well-thought-out, with a good balance of strength training, cardio, and mobility work. Coach Jonathan’s attention to detail and the effectiveness of his workout circuits will have you sweating but getting a nice pump. If you’re looking for personalized coaching and innovative workouts, this place is definitely worth checking out! I will definitely be returning back next time I am in town.
