BodyPlex Fitness Adventure is a fast growing health club chain based in Atlanta, Georgia. It has multiple locations throughout the state, including Blue Ridge, Cartersville, Elberton, Grayson, Hamilton Mill, Hiram, Jasper, Lake Oconee, Milledgeville, Newnan/Sharpsburg, Oakwood, and Woodstock . They also have branches in Caparra, Canovanas, and Guaynabo in Puerto Rico.
Bodyplex focuses on turning the typical gym experience into something more dynamic, they offer a variety of services and amenities to make every fitness journey enjoyable and adventurous.
Your Membership Options at Bodyplex
Bodyplex has both monthly and annual club membership options. Personally, I prefer the flexibility of the monthly option, especially since I enjoy trying out different blink fitness clubs and gyms. Let me share some details to help you decide which membership suits you best.
Monthly Options
Option 1
This option will let you enjoy a 12 month access. It has 24-hour gym access, use of weights and cardio equipment, sauna access, locker room facilities, and engaging fitness classes.
Option 2
Option 2 has a 12-month term with a range of benefits. Members can enjoy 24-hour access, full access to weights and cardio equipment, sauna facilities, locker room amenities and a variety of engaging fitness classes just like option 1, but this options has access to our Kidsplex.
Option 3
Option 3 will give you the flexibility of a month-to-month plan, ensuring you have access to all our Bodyplex’s amenities without being tied down by a long-term commitment. Members get to enjoy 24-hour access, the use of weights and cardio equipment, sauna facilities, locker rooms, and a wide range of fitness classes but does not include Kidsplex.
Option 4
For Option 4, Bodyplex has a month-to-month plan same as Option 3, it also offers you ultimate flexibility without any long-term commitment. It still has access to 24-hour facilities, top-of-the-line weights and cardio equipment, relaxing sauna amenities, convenient locker rooms, exciting Kidsplex activities, and a lot of different fitness classes.
Annual Options
Option 1
Annual Option 1 has a 12-month commitment with incredible perks. Members can enjoy $0 enrollment fee and $0 enhancement fee for the first year. With 24-hour access, full use of weights and cardio equipment, access to sauna and locker rooms, and engaging group fitness classes, this option sets you up for a year of fitness success without any extra fees weighing you down.
Option 2
Annual Option 2 lets its members enjoy a full year of fitness with no enrollment fee and no enhancement fee for the second year. With 24-hour access, access to weights, cardio equipment, sauna, locker rooms, the Kidsplex, and engaging group fitness classes, this 12-month commitment provides everything you need to stay motivated and reach your fitness goals without any extra costs.
What are the Bodyplex Membership Costs?
Here are the membership rates for each option I mentioned above:
Monthly Options
- Option 1 $29 per month with a 12 month term
- Option 2 $39 per month with a 12 month term
- Option 3 $39 per month with a month to month option
- Option 4 $49 per month with a month to month option
Please note that a yearly enhancement fee of $39 will be charged 88 days after joining & every year thereafter on the same date as long as you are a member.
Annual Options
- Option 1 $299 per year on a 12 month term
- Option 2 $360 per year on a 12 month term
Can I cancel my membership with Bodyplex?
I always take advantage of free trials when a fitness club sparks my interest. You can take advantage of Bodyplex’s free trial to ensure it aligns with your goals before committing. To sign up for a free trial, you must be at least 18 years old, a local resident with valid ID, and a first-time guest.
But if you’ve already joined and think it’s not the right fit or your plans have changed, you do not have to worry. You can cancel your Bodyplex membership at any time for any reason. Simply visit them in person or send a certified mail to request the change. Rest assured, they will handle your request securely and accurately.
What payment methods are available?
Bodyplex accepts various payment methods, including credit cards. So, feel free to use your preferred credit card for a hassle-free payment experience.
Are there fitness classes available at Bodyplex?
Yes, Bodyplex offers personal training and group classes such as Body Attack, Body Combat, Body Flow, Body Jam, Body Pump, RPM (indoor cycling workout), Bosy Step and Zumba. They also have Kidsplex and Senior Fitness Program. You can view more here.
What are the Bodyplex Hours?
Most Bodyplex locations are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week but some locations have different gym hours. Bodyplex has the following staffed hours:
Monday to Thursday 4:45am – 10pm
Friday 4:45am – 9pm
Saturday 7am – 7pm
Sunday 9am – 6pm
Grayson Georgia, has the following staffed hours:
Monday to Friday 6am – 9pm
Saturday 8am – 4pm
Sunday 10am – 2pm

Good gym. No shaming done here. Staff is supportive when you approach them. Equipment is kept on n great condition. Work out areas are kept clean.
However, the locker room and showers could use a major cleanup.: Clean up the locker room and make it look presentable.
The pre cook meals are great. Wish they had an area for smoothies. All in All this is a great place to work out.

Nice staff with good equipment and there is never an issue with waiting for equipment. The group fitness classes are diverse and conveniently scheduled.
I deducted one star bc equipment is old and often broken. Missing a ton of updated features that some other gyms possess.

I was in town for the holidays visiting family and Bodyplex allowed me to workout the day before and after thanksgiving day at no charge because they knew people would be in town visiting. They charged me 10 per day after that. The gym is clean and equipment works well. The front desk staff was very friendly. Thank you for allowing me to keep my goals while visiting family without charging me a crazy amount! I appreciate it!
Is Bodyplex Worth It?
Absolutely. The Bodyplex membership cost is reasonable and you definitely get value for your money. I love that it offers 24-hour access as it means I get to set my own workout schedule without feeling rushed. Plus, the seniors program is fantastic. I’m considering enrolling my parents so they can stay active.
