Body Tech is a true East Hampton gem.I love the wonderful local feel of this gym. It is genuinely nice to see locals chatting with one another, catching up, and creating a real sense of community. It feels welcoming and down to earth, which is refreshing in a place where so many things can feel a bit pretentious.The gym is well maintained, the equipment is solid, and the staff is knowledgeable and approachable. I never feel intimidated walking in. People are there to actually work out, stay healthy, and support one another, not to be seen.If you are looking for a gym with a small town feel, professional standards, and zero attitude, Body Tech is an easy recommendation and a great part of the East Hampton community.

Small and nothing fancy but for free weights it has what you need. Daily fee at 37 is quite pricey but I guess were not in Kansas anymore. Nice environment overall.
