I have never loved exercise in all my life- until now. When I was in college I met Pam and took her step and aerobics classes and she was a breathe of fresh air. Honestly, I spent more time sitting on my step and enjoying the energy and the music than I did doing the actual exercise. But now, just about 10 years later at her own studio; Body Rock Fitness; I finally found the right workout for me. I am lucky enough to work out with Pam 3 mornings a week. Her focus and attention on her clients isnt the only reason to feel comfortable and safe on the micro reformer. She is patient, kind and just about the best. The workout makes me feel strong and healthy and the friendship and kindness gets me up and moving every time.

Pam Newman is someone that makes working out so much fun . She is incredibly unique and creative. No 2 training sessions are ever alike. You are guaranteed to leave every session feeling good about yourself!!

I have been working out with Pam for over six months now. She knows how to get the best out of me with tailored workouts that are not only challenging but also fun! I have never felt better. I highly recommend Body Rock!
